ORDERING AND SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

We ship directly from our ranch to your front door or the recipient address you have provided. PLEASE NO P.O. BOX ADDRESSES WILL BE ACCEPTED . Each order is GUARANTEED to arrive fully sealed and in excellent condition.

Our products are cut, vacuum sealed and flash frozen in thick freezer safe plastic which seals in flavor and locks out oxygen. We then pack each order in our sturdy shipping containers and include cooking instructions for our Gourmet Piedmontese Beef.

Orders may be placed 24 hours a day using our WEB order form (below) or by using E-mail. We will ship your order, depending upon availability of our products, Monday thru Wednesday ONLY, using UPS and US Postal Service. This ensures delivery by the weekend. Next Day and Second Day deliveries may be requested but incur additional charges.

You may also request an account be set up to schedule shipment of our products to your freezer on a regular monthly or bi-monthly schedule.

You will be contacted prior to shipment by phone or e-mail to arrange payment and verify delivery instructions.
